The terms governing your use of ROAAI's website and products.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between you and ROAAI Limited ("ROAAI", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Floor 7, 12P Smithfield, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. By accessing our website or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
ROAAI provides AI-powered software products (including SuperHelpful) and AI consulting services. The features, functionality, and availability of our products are described on this website and may change from time to time as we improve our offerings.
3. Your account
To use most of our services you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to take responsibility for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a contract with us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
Break any applicable law or regulation
Infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
Send spam, harass others, or distribute harmful content
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
Misrepresent yourself or your business to your customers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Fees and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in the currency listed at sign-up (typically GBP). Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the same price unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Prices may change for new subscribers, but we will not raise the price of an existing subscription without giving you at least 30 days' notice.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full on the page and forms part of these Terms.
7. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to our services (for example, the FAQs and knowledge base you teach SuperHelpful). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use that content solely to provide the services to you. We process personal data in line with our .
8. Intellectual property
The ROAAI website, software, and brand are owned by ROAAI Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose during your subscription. We do not grant any other rights.
9. Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, payment processors, and AI model providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep the services running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAAI's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You can stop using the services at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, sections that by their nature survive (including IP, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction apply.

Where applicable data protection law (such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, your consent (where required, for example for marketing emails), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. AI processing
SuperHelpful uses third-party large language model providers to generate responses. The content of conversations and the knowledge base you upload may be sent to these providers strictly for the purpose of producing replies on your behalf. We work only with providers who contractually commit not to train their models on your data.
6. Sharing
We share personal information only with:
Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, analytics, AI model providers, email delivery), under appropriate contractual safeguards
Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights
An acquirer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring
We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
ROAAI is based in Hong Kong and our service providers operate in various countries. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of our practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep yours safe.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Refund Policy
Straightforward rules — because no one wants to read fine print to get their money back.
The short version
If SuperHelpful isn't working for you in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment in full. After that, you can cancel any time and we won't bill you again.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
New customers may request a full refund of their first month's subscription fee within 14 days of their initial payment. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We don't require a reason, but we'd love to hear what didn't work so we can improve.
2. Cancellation after 14 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Once you cancel, we will not charge you again. We don't pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current billing month — your service stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. Annual or custom plans
Annual and Enterprise plans are governed by the specific terms agreed at sign-up. Refunds for these plans are handled case-by-case in line with that agreement.
4. Service interruptions
If we experience a significant service outage caused by ROAAI that materially affects your use of the product, contact us and we will issue a fair credit or refund.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — almost every refund question can be resolved by email faster than a chargeback. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
6. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
